We love projects that are authentic and unique, and the exquisite setting of this prestigious game lodge provided endless inspiration for something truly magnificent. Our brief was to reflect the rich artistic traditions of different South African tribal cultures, and we built on this in nuanced, unusual ways, lighting the lodge entirely with candles and traditional oil lanterns, collaborating with local artists and using porcupine quills and Ndebele beadwork as finishing touches. The resultant atmosphere is magical and transformative, creating a real connection with the surrounding landscape.

Scope - Concept development, technical construction documentation, detail bespoke design and documentation, furniture, fixtures and equipment, quality control, move management, including the project tender process and staff hospitality training.
