A fresh new take on an established formula

Normally food outlets are all about design efficiency and functionality, and whilst this project needed to tick those boxes, we were asked to push creative boundaries. So we envisioned a fish restaurant with broad appeal, and some very inspired touches. There’s the garden swing as a seating alternative, a floating fish mobile and glass sea buoys that were repurposed as lights. In the end it was the perfect balance between the practical and the non-traditional.
